Alex Romo founded Green & Clean Landscaping Inc. in Greensboro in 2012. He grew up in Mexico, started his first business at age 9, and came to the U.S. where he spent 12 years at Costco — eight of them in management — learning how to run operations, lead crews, and put customers first without exception.
